Serenity Resort is closed as a resort. Since very early in 2003 we closed due to a lack of tourist travel after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack in the US and the category 4 Hurricane Iris that dealt a direct blow to our quaint little peninsula on October 8 of that same year.
